We have a new jeep wrangler that needed to get fit up to be pulled behind our RV. I had the Blue OX towing package with baseplate and a diode wiring kit for the pulled vehicle lighting. I also had an RVI Shadow braking system that needed to be installed permanently. Bighorn was very courteous and after studying all my parts, confirmed that they could do the work and gave me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and they were able to schedule me in a few days later. In the end I understood that the project took a little longer than anticipated, but they held to the quoted price. That was a pleasant surprise and unexpected. I then examined all the work that was done and was very impressed with the quality of installation. I have watched manufacturer videos on how to install and the mechanic did even better than the manufacturer installers. I believe they said the mechanic even repaired some fog light wiring that wasn’t even on the list. That was a nice surprise as well.I wanted give Bighorn a shoutout for this.
This shop is absolutely hands down the best in Parker, CO. I had recently traveled out of state to Colorado for my daughter’s doctor appointment. That night after checking in our hotel my van lost all power to it, I was in a panic because I have no family or friends to help me so luckily I got in touch with bighorn and was able to tow my vehicle to the shop. Right away they started a diagnostic check and doing everything they can to figure what was wrong. My alternator had kicked the bucket so it needed replaced unfortunately I only had 700 to work with and the manager Shawn worked with me in getting it fixed. I could not be more grateful for these gentlemen helping my family especially making sure my 2 year old was safe to travel once the new part was in. Even the 2 young gentleman that did all the paperwork helped by keeping our spirits up and being welcoming. If I come back to parker I know I’m bring a huge thank you basket to the people that work here. Kudos to you guys, you don’t know how much this kindness means to me!
Nowadays it can be really tricky to find a trust worthy mechanic, especially when you’re a young female who barely knows the gas from the brake. I had taken my car in to the dealership I bought it from a few months back because of an oil leak. They overcharged me and didn’t fix the leak and in addition my coolant hose was now leaking. So I took it back expecting them to make it right. I still left with a leak and them trying to charge me for a service that was not complete. I was referred to Bighorn & they gave me the rundown on the spot of the best strategy to target where the leak was coming from. They kept me updated through the whole process. I paid half the price and my car was actually fixed. She’s been driving great ever since. They lead with honesty, integrity, and are incredibly fair! I HIGHLY recommend Bighorn Automotive.
